GameChangeAI is operated by Sam Johnson Coach, based in San Diego, California. "We," "us," and "GameChangeAI" refer to this entity. "You" means the person using the site.
GameChangeAI helps you build a personalized AI coaching profile from a short form you complete, optionally polished by AI. You can then paste that profile into your own account on Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any AI platform you choose to give your AI tool a starting context for working with you.
We also offer optional paid products including a live class and a subscription with additional tools, prompts, and resources.
We are not your AI provider. We do not run the AI you ultimately use. Your subscription with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other AI platform is between you and that provider. Their terms apply to your usage of their tools.
We are not your coach. Nothing on GameChangeAI is a substitute for professional coaching, therapy, financial advice, legal advice, or medical advice. Content on the site, including any goal-setting tools, behavioral assessments, and AI-generated profiles, is for personal development and educational purposes only.
You provide the answers that build your profile. You own what you write. We use those answers to generate the profile you requested and to send it to the email you provide. If you opt into the email list, we may send you follow-up emails with prompts, lessons, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Do not enter information you would not want sent back to your own inbox. Do not enter sensitive personal data of other people without their permission.
When paid products become available on the site, prices and terms will be displayed at the point of purchase. Class tickets purchased through Eventbrite are governed by Eventbrite's terms in addition to ours. Subscriptions, when offered, will include clear cancellation terms at signup. We will never charge you for anything you did not explicitly purchase.
You agree not to abuse the service. That means no automated scraping, no attempts to overwhelm the form, no impersonation of other people, no submission of illegal or harmful content, and no use of the service to harass others. We may block users or IP addresses that violate these rules.
GameChangeAI™, Game-Changing Goal Setting™, The Connection Code™, Your AI Coaching Profile™, and Clonemade™ are trademarks of Sam Johnson Coach. The site copy, the manifesto, the Connection Code methodology and questions, the goal-setting framework, and other original written and designed content on the site are protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
The profile you generate from your own answers is yours to use.
The site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using your profile or any tool on the site. AI-generated content may contain errors. Review anything before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameChangeAI and Sam Johnson Coach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in San Diego County, California.
